We offer two bed room apartments, for $700.00, Per-Unit. (We do not rent by the room). We know having a quiet place for studying and relaxing is very important to you. We are only .5 miles off campus located at 803 Pine Street. A damage  deposit of ($300.00) is required to secure an apartment.  This is a Non-Refundable deposit. Each lease begins on August 1st of the current year, and ends July 24th of the proceeding year.Electricity & Water will be the responsibility of the tenants.
